After two solid days of offshore billfishing, the Captain Sergio group stayed inshore with clientsย John Martinez, Judy Martinez, Jerold Long, and Christine Long.
The strikes were constant over the eight hour trip with 13 Snappers caught along with other fun fish.
This nice-sized Rainbow Runner is certainly a tasty treat.
After loading up on Red Snappers (big and small), the crew hit paydirt with this 80lbs. Amberjack:
Everyone lined up to take a picture with this beastie.
On July 10 Captain William headed offshore to Sailfish City and nabbed four lovely releases.
It’s great to see that the Sailfish have returned in numbers and that they are hungry!
They finished off the day with this juvenile Sailfish release. We’ll see this little fella again in about a year when he is all grown up.
The Wanderer delivered a fun memorable trip for angler Mike Hollis and his group with a scorecard marked up with Marlin, Sailfish, and Yellowfin Tuna.
After an early Yellowfin Tuna, this Striped Marlin came in after a feisty battle.
She weighed at only 100lbs. but fought like a tiger.
Later in the day the flagship scored a second billfish release with this sweet Sailfish.
Spinning pods of porpoises led the way offshore for the Wanderer on July 6, and as usual they were willing to share their Yellowfin Tunas with the Wanderer.
Client Patrick Watson’s crew scored a whole boatload of filets and had a great time doing it.
Harold Thomas’ group performed brilliantly on the mighty Wanderer with lots of Yellowfin Tuna hitting the ice.
Captain William is fishing nearly every day this month and his consistency shows why the Wanderer is the busiest boat in all of Central America.

Captain William followed the spinning porpoise pods out to the fertile offshore hunting grounds with client Richard Zapalac on July 3.

The Wanderer finished off their week of fishing in Nosara with an excellent haul of Yellowfin Tuna.
