Will Davis caught Yellowfin fever with Captain Carlos on the Discoverer…they nabbed 18 tasty Yellowfin Tunas on their July 2 trip.

Will Davis and his family put on a show on July 1, starting out with this wonderful Sailfish release early in the trip.
The kids brought home dinner for the family with tasty filets of Ciero Mackerel.
Captain William welcomed three generations of anglers for a very memorable day of fishing on June 27.
The Yellowfin were stacked up thick, and the total tally was twelve tasty Tunas.
Great work by the mighty Wanderer and this fun-loving fishing family.
Christopher McGowen’s family scored a wonderful Sailfish on the Wanderer on a morning half day trip.
This high-flyer was no match for the mighty flagship.
A safe release by Mate Johnson rounded out this great experience.
Roger Chambers was back for more on May 30 and they finished out their week in Nosara with a wonderful four-species day.
After this early day Rooster Fish release, Captain William got a call on the radio from Captain Carlos the the Discoverer was on a kettle of Yellowfin Tunas offshore.
The mid-afternoon lead to several Dorados and Yellowfin Tunas on ice for Team Chambers. The final score of the day with this strong Sailfish release:
A flight of Marlin Birds lead the way home for the mighty flagship.
Roger Chambers and his family are the latest in a long line of CCA TX anglers to find success on the blue water.
Captain William started them off by chasing down Tuna schools.

The walk-off shot was this magical Black Marlin release late in the day…great work by the resilient flagship Wanderer!
Joseph Caveness and his family chose the Wanderer on May 18 and the family-friendly flagship scored a wide variety of fun fish.
Joe started the day with a nice 20lbs. Yellowfin Tuna and then the kids took over the reel, scoring this nice Dorado.
Captain William moved inshore in the afternoon and young Mr. Caveness scored a small Bonita and a nice Yellowfin.
This 25lbs. Wahoo provided more diversity tot the filet bag, and is a welcome surprise to find this close to shore.
The fish of the day was scored by Mama Bear in the form of this wonderful Rooster fish release.
All in all it’s a great day of family fun on the famous flagship!
Fresh off of the Ship of Fools victory, El Matador booked the Harvester for an afternoon of family fishing with his young son Noah.
The kid took the water splendidly and turned the crank on this Bonita.
A trip on the Harvester is a great way to get a kid started fishing on the right track.
Good day of action for Bart Stephens and his family on the 30th.
The early scores were small Dorado and Red Groupers.
The late afternoon bite yielded a true whopper…check out this giant Cubera Snapper.
