Kyle Bishop’s group did it big on the Discoverer, with Captain Carlos reporting four total Sailfish releases. The highlight was this Double Sailfish release.
“Epic day! 4 sailfish, one for everyone!” emailed Kyle.
Amazing action on just a 5 hour trip…imagine if they had gone longer.

Sean Donovan’s group scored an amazing Blue Marlin release on the 24th.
For those keeping score at home, that is two Marlin releases in as many day for the big battleship Discoverer.
A sweet Sailfish release rounded out the scorecard.

Javier Perez’ group was sidelined by big winds on the 9th, but they persisted on December with a great Yellowfin Tuna haul.
This big boy was the blue ribbon winner, and was one of several caught by the Discoverer.

Javier Perez and the boys returned to the Discoverer on the 7th and were met by a nice Blue Marlin.
Excellent fish handling by Mate Kevin led to a safe live release.

Our good friend Javier Perez brought a big group to Nosara in early December, and on the 6th they got started with a big day of action on the Discoverer.
Captain Carlos reports seven nice Yellowfin Tunas on ice, but the real monster of the day was this BIG Dorado.
Looks like everyone will be fed this week!
