James Buxton and his family did well on the Discoverer with this excellent Sailfish release backed up with a nice Dorado on August 17, 2019.

Captain William has consistently scored big meat catches in August, and kept the good times rolling on August 17 with this excellent Dorado score:

The Explorer welcomed Jess King and Elizabeth Rasch for a fun fishing campaign on August 17.

They kept the rods bent with multiple Dorados and Yellowfin Tunas.

“First ever off shore fishing trip in Costa Rica,” wrote Jess on social media. “It was a blast! Caught 3 Yellow Fin Tuna and 2 Dorado!! Seen hundreds of dolphins and a sea turtle!”

Mike Miltenberg and the Harvester scored an incredible Dorado on August 15.

It is very unusual to see large Dorados this time of year, but they are a welcome treat.
The Wanderer welcomed Andrew Pereira and the crew from Stoked on Fishing TV for the first of several trips with FishingNosara.

Captain William got them acclimated to the blue water with a couple early Sailfish release.

The next pair of fish should keep the refrigerator full: a nice Yellowfin Tuna and a MASSIVE Dorado.

The highlight of the day was a double Sailfish hookup and dual release.

Great work by Master Captain William and Mate Elias to safely handle and release both billfish.
Mitch Rabin and his group scored big on the Explorer with Captain Fico reporting big catches and big fun. These sweet Sailfish releases top the barroom brawler’s scorecard.

They also added several big Yellowfin Tunas. Notice that while they are posing with one fish another is already on the cooler.

For variety they also nagged a tasty Dorado.

Excellent work by Captain Fico!
Captain William pulled out all of the stops on August 4…get a look at this floor-sweeping Dorado scored by the FishingNosara flagship:

That was just the tip of the iceberg on a great day of action:

This Yellowfin Tuna was a welcome diversion from the Dorado that dominated the Wanderer‘s scorecard:

The hits kept coming all day long.

Trey Taparauskas and Frank Doss lit up the scoreboard on August 3 with Captain William reporting a four-species day. First up was this incredible Blue Marlin release:

Then the Yellowfin Tuna swarmed the flagship’s spread and was no match for the mighty Wanderer.

A random Dorado also found his way to the fish box.

The final fish of the day was this awesome Sailfish battle and release.

On July David Sohm and his family had a fun day on the flagship.

They nagged a Sailfish release for the scrapbook, then loaded up on tasty Yellowfin Tunas and Dorados.

The action got frenetic during this triple Dorado hook-up.

Master Captain William put on a show in late July with a fantastic run of catches.

These early Sailfish releases were backed up with a sweet Yellowfin Tuna on ice and a nice Dorado.
