Good day of action for Bart Stephens and his family on the 30th.

The early scores were small Dorado and Red Groupers.

The late afternoon bite yielded a true whopper…check out this giant Cubera Snapper.

Our new friend Will Stein and his family performed brilliantly on the mega panga Harvester, highlighted by this awesome Black Marlin release:

Captain Alex stayed on the hunt, and led the Stein party to more Billfish success.

March 29 was family fun day on the Discoverer! The only thing better than seeing young kids on the water is seeing them score big fish.

After this pair of Sailfish releases the youngsters stayed busy with 8 small Dorados on ice. Great work kids!

Philip Rivera and his family joined Captain Alex for the beginning of a double-day of fishing on March 15. The morning half of the day was highlighted by this excellent Sailfish release:

Then in the afternoon Jasper Buchbauer came aboard for a Yellowfin Tuna rally.

Persistence pays, and this late-day monster proves that the best fish of the day is often the last fish of the day:

Captain Alex proved his inshore prowess on March 2 with a great variety of catches.

A pair of Rooster fish releases highlighted the action, but this group also added a nice Red Grouper and the elusive Congrio…a rare catch in our area that yield the best meat in the Pacific.

Our new friend Ben Smith brought his two sons along for a freewheeling afternoon of fun on the 23rd, punctuated by a big stack of filets.

This Yellowfin Tuna and Cubera Snapper yield two of the most desirable meats in all of fishing.

Great work by Captain Fico to put theses fellas on the fish.
The Explorer welcomed a great family for fun fishing action on the 18th.

This big Amberjack and Snapper score led to big smiles all around!
Our old pal Ryan McCulley brought the family for a 6.5 hour trip and their scorecard ran the gamut from inshore Bonita action to offshore Sailfish scores.

The Bonita were deployed inshore in an attempt to score a big monster, however the offshore bite was really where the beast was found.

Excellent work by Mate Johnny and this young angler.

Herbert Heinrich and his son scored the fish of a lifetime with Captain William aboard the mighty Wanderer.

This magnificent Blue Marlin was no match for the flagship and Mr. Heinrich on the reel.

No hard feeling about the Los Suenos hat young man…your Dad’s shirt makes up for it!

Great work by Mate Johnny and Captain William on this excellent Marlin release.
The Wanderer is more than just the hardest-working boat in Central America; it’s also the preeminent spot for young anglers to learn the craft of sportfishing.

This fun-loving family had a boatload of fun with nice Ciero Mackerals, some fun Bonita, and a big Dorado.

Great work by the family friendly flagship!
